Dara’s 2021 Summer Classes

Dara Dietz

We have had many new members from our local community showing an interest in delving deeper into the Natural Healing Programs and lifestyle.  In answer to the need we have decided to offer Our Natural Healing Classes beginning; Thursday June 3rd at 6:30 PM.

Handouts for Class: June 3rd

We have decided to switch every other Thursday between The Natural Healing Classes and The Vegan Cooking Classes.  This week our class will focus on an Intro to Natural Healing.  We will discuss the basic foundational programs.  In this class we will provide a basic understanding of how to promote health in the body.  Our bodies are amazing, in their ability to heal from even the worst lifestyle choices.

The following Thursday: June 10th In Our Vegan cooking class we will discuss the basics of cooking Vegetarian/Vegan while putting together a scrumptious combination of Grilled Veggies.  This quick satisfying meal can be tossed together in minutes from whatever you have on hand.  So quick, so easy.  Husbands are welcome.  Come, hangout and visit during the class time.  Once the meal is prepared they will be the ultimate critic as to how good the meal is.   My cooking classes are a time to fellowship while learning how to prepare and enjoy good simple foods.
