The morning is my favorite time of day. My energy is up and I have a whole day full of hours to work on my current projects. Consuming a heavy meal early in the day will make me feel sluggish and bog down my brain.
My main meal of the day is taken sometime between 1pm and 4 pm. This is what works for me. In the morning I get plenty of fluid down with my tonics and teas.
