Simply stated Hydrotherapy is using water in a therapeutic way. The power of any healing remedy is enhanced with the use of hydrotherapy.
It is important to flush the body internally with plenty of clear fresh water. Drinking the nutritionally rich juices aid in rebuilding a sick body but they do not do the work of flushing waste from the system. Drinking a good amount of water each day is as important to the health of the body as breathing clean air or eating healthy nourishing foods.
Using water externally to cleanse and open our skin is also an important part of healing. Taking a detoxing herbal bath can revitalize the entire system simulating the removal of waste through the skin as well as the liver and kidneys.
Anytime there is disease or injury there is blockage. A strong therapeutic form of hydrotherapy is commonly called doing “Hot’s and Cold’s”. Alternating the hot and cold water over an affected area will effectively blast through blockage, allowing the body to flood the diseased or injured part with fresh nutrient rich blood. It does no good taking in all the great healing herbs and juices if the nutrition is blocked form the injured or diseased areas of the body.
Consider you want to fire a blood bullet through to blockage around a diseased or injured area. The Hot water loads the gun. Use water as hot as can be tolerated. Do not scald your skin. Turn the water as hot as you can tolerate without injury. With your hand wand concentrate the heat over the affected area until the skin is pink with fresh blood. When heat is applied to the body the blood in pushed to the surface to cool the area. Fresh cooling blood in brought to the area.
Now it is time to fire the blood bullet as deeply as possible through the blockage and into the affected area. The more dramatic the change between hot and cold the more power behind the blood forcing it deeper into the blocked up areas. This can be done in one of two ways.
1) Turn the flow of water away from the body. Now make the water completely cold. IT will take a few seconds for the flow to change to cold. As soon as the water is good and cold apply the flow back over the affected area. Allow the flow to remain for a good 60 seconds before changing back to the hot. Do at least seven “hots” and seven “colds”.
2) Before beginning fill a bucket or tub with ice and water. After the affected area is well heated and filled with blood plunge the area into the ice water for a good 60 seconds. Do at least seven “hots” and seven “colds”.
When healing any major disease or injury the “Hots &Colds” should be done three times a day. Failing to do the hydrotherapy often means the body does not have the ability to heal properly or clear the disease.
Several years ago I discovered my mother in law passed out across her bed. The year was 1997 and she was in her early 80’s. She’d had several strokes over the past 10 years brought on by high blood pressure. Earlier in the day she had seemed agitated and ill tempered. A fretful disposition would often precede an episode of elevated blood pressure. Fearing she was working herself up to a crisis I’d kept a close eye on her throughout the morning. After lunch her disposition had greatly improved leaving me free to get some work done. Just before dinner I discovered her apparently unconscious, her lips and finger nails were blue tinged while her skin was all but white.
They released her after 5 or 6 days with aftercare appointments for speech therapy. She had been unable to speak since the morning after she arrived at the hospital, nearly a week.
Maintaining a healthy body does not happen by accident. The choices we make today will determine our quality of life tomorrow. Continuing to fuel your body with cheap unhealthy food may not seem like a big deal when the body is young and full of vitality. Consuming this type of food on into middle age will cause the body’s systems to weaken from malnutrition. Early signs of aging begin to appear alongside any number of serious chronic conditions. The body is starving for food with a stomach full of empty calories.

Overactive bladder is a problem with bladder-storage function that causes a sudden urge to urinate. The urge may be difficult to stop, and overactive bladder may lead to the involuntary loss of urine (incontinence). Often the bladder spasms are caused because the bladder has become too toxic. Heavy amounts of bacteria (bacterial Infection) can also contribute to these issues.

Plagued with low functioning thyroid since my early teens my radar goes off anytime I hear the whispered promise of free energy. Building, Maintaining or just finding the Energy to live what I dream; an unrestricted source of physical & emotional energy flowing through my life allowing me to get it all done with enough in reserve for the fun stuff, without destroying myself. Finding and plugging into this source has been an ongoing quest my entire life. I refuse to destroy my adrenals with caffeine or black tea; these bring the promise of vitality while actually robbing your adrenals of what little strength they have left.
Someone once asked me what do I mean when I say “deal with the past”? What does it look like to process a painful childhood or history of abuse? Choosing to deal with painful past abuses is doubtless one of the most heart rending experiences life has to offer. That said, there is no greater reward than that of owning your whole story, wrapping your emotional arms around the brokenness that was your life, knowing you are more for having passed that way.
