Do Something New

Dara Dietz
2025 is slipping into history.  All the days are nearly used, the time, talent, and resources invested into the year 2025 will now write its history. Was it a good year for you?  Did you do all you had planned?  Are you leaving your mark on history or just allowing the hours, days, and years of your life to dribble into eternity without much thought or concern. It is too easy today to become mindless drifters. This year I challenge you to create something new in your life.  Clear the old junk from a place in your world and build something new.  What do I mean?  A new habit.  A new invention.  A new attitude.  You are the creator of your destiny.  Make something new and fresh out of the new year ahead.  You can do it.  When you make space and create you become someone new and exciting.  You will expand your life into new sensational dimensions.  Just do it, create something new in 2026. Life is full of second chances. Our Father in love has filled each minute, hour, day, year, and life time, with opportunities to wipe the present clean from our past mistakes and begin again. Through my own experiences I’ve learned that the fallout from our past mistakes does not have to darken our present joy. When we learn to embrace all that has made us who we are today, the mistakes and failures of yesterday no longer have the power to annoy. Praise the Lord for the growth and wisdom those experiences have brought to your life. There is no shame in making mistakes. Do not allow the trials and abuses of yesterday to dampen your joy today. Shame is a killer that can only live in the dark recesses of a secret, an unaccepted mistake, a misunderstood intention. Let go of the past, allow this new day to be your new beginning. Each day offers us the promise of another chance, a free do over for all the mistakes the sun set on only a few hours earlier. The dark of the night has once again covered our mistakes, renewing us with its sleep, enabling us to go forward refreshed. Seasons come and go each one moving us toward our future. In the Spring we are drawn outside, we look to the mountains covered with the richness of new life, and are drawn to new heights as we feed on the power surrounding us. The renewing of Spring flows into the activity of the Summer season. This is the time of year we get things done. The Summer is full of useful activity, these are the days of preparation a time when our powers are strong. All too soon the days begin to cool down, a hint of coldness drifts into the night air. It is then that the wisdom and beauty of the fall burst into color all around us as nature again draws us into her arms. In the fall we discover beauty in death, a sense of completeness that the work of the summer is over and it is time to rest. Days become shorter as Winter invites us to come away and rest awhile. Buried in the dark night of W inter we find time for reflection, healing and growth. Amid this time of inactivity can be found the perfection of the yearly round of life. In the cold recesses of the Winter Season is found a place to bury the mistakes of the year that is ending, a place to find forgiveness and to learn to forgive. It’s time for a new year, a new beginning. We are not who we were last year. We are not who we will be next year. We are each on a road that twists and turns us through the experiences of our lives. At some point our roads have crossed and we have shared a few precious minutes. The words of encouragement that have passed between us have meant the world to me. Words mean things, they are all we have and if used correctly they can convey, hope, encouragement, and love. On the other hand when we act rashly and without concern for the feelings of others our words can deeply cut and wound the spirits of those we come in contact with. The Father has filled our lives with so many places to begin again. It is my prayer that this year will be a new beginning for each of you. That this precious time you have been given will not be wasted, left unimproved and barren. My wish is that each of you will renew with the Spring so your Summer will be fruitful and you Fall full of wisdom and bounty. Then in the Winter your hearts will be warmed as you reflect with satisfaction on a job well done, a life well lived. Best Wishes from all of Us at H.E.A.L. Marketplace To All Our Wonderful Members

Flu Busting Tips

GarlicOilThere is nothing worse than being sick with a house full of holiday guests. Here are several tips for getting you back up and feeling great quick.

The Flu Buster Remedy is an excellent way to prevent or stop those on-coming symptoms.  At the first little tickle in the back of your throat. You know what I’m talking about. That little tickle that precedes the little soreness soon to become. . . Here is how to stop that little tickle before it grows up.

Flu Buster Remedy

Cold & Flu Remedy: 2 oz Echinacea; 2 oz Super tonic combined in 64 oz Distilled Water. Drink entire amount in one day. (Not at one setting but in one day) this can be repeated for two or three days as needed to clear symptoms of the flu.

Basic Infection Program

IF you are really sick, follow the basic Infection program in the infection info sheet. I’d also do the garlic paste to the feet. This is one of the most effective ways to clear the worst flu symptoms nearly overnight.

To Clear A Sore Throat: Do An Ice Poultice:

Here is a quick tip for clearing a sore throat. (I’ve seen this knock the puss pockets out of strep throat in 45 minutes). This is also great for laryngitis, or just a refreshing procedure for the voice box.

It is called an ‘Ice Poultice’.   I know it sounds awful but it’s very effective and really not all that bad. Click on the link for visual instructions.

Quick Directions: 1) wet a washcloth 2) Fold so will fit around the neck. 3)Place in freezer for 20-30 minutes or until hard. 4) Remove iced poultice from freezer and fold snugly around the neck. 5) Cover with Folded hand towel and fasten with safety pen.

Leave ice poultice in place until warm. Usually around 45 minutes. It is best not to eat or drink anything during this time. Also do as little talking as possible.

What is happening? You are providing intense Hydro-therapy for your throat and voice-box. The body is sending fresh warm blood in large supplies to warm the neck. This fresh blood is loaded with everything available in your body to clear the inflammation causing your sore throat. The Ice Poultice focuses the immune system into the area of the neck and throat where it can work its magic to clear any issue.

I normally drink a cup of Hot Herbal Antibiotic with Honey while the poultice is freezing and another one as soon as I take it off. By the time the second cup is finished so is my sore throat.

Effect of Gallstones on the Liver

digestive system organsOver the next few weeks I want to share some great information on how important flushing the liver is and how a backed up liver affects every system of the body.  The health of the body and quality of life depend to a large degree on how well the liver is functioning.

The liver acts as a filtering or cleansing device for the blood; it even deactivates a limited amount of hormones, alcohol, and medicinal drugs. Its task is to modify these biologically active substances so that they lose their potentially harmful effects–a process known as detoxification. Specialized cells in the liver’s blood vessels (Kupffer cells) mop up harmful elements and infectious organisms reaching the liver from the gut. The liver excretes the waste materials resulting from these actions via its bile duct network.

A healthy liver receives and filters 3 pints of blood per minute and produces 1 to 1.5 quarts of bile every day. This ensures that all the activities in the liver and in the rest of the body run smoothly and efficiently.  Obstructive gallstones in its bile ducts greatly undermine the liver’s ability to detoxify any externally supplied and internally generated harmful substances in the blood. These stones also prevent the liver from delivering the proper amounts of nutrients and energy to the right places in the body at the right time. This upsets the delicate balance in the body, known as homeostasis, thus leading to disruption of its systems and undue stress on its organs.

Effect of Gall Stones on the Liver

A clear example of such a disturbance is an increased concentration of the endocrine hormones estrogen and aldosterone in the blood. These hormones, produced in both men and women, are responsible for the correct amount of salt and water retention. When stones congest the gallbladder and the liver’s bile ducts, these hormones may not be broken down and detoxified sufficiently. Hence, their concentration in the blood rises to abnormal levels, causing tissue swelling and water retention. Most oncologists consider elevated estrogen levels to the leading cause of breast cancer among women. In men, high levels of this hormone can lead to excessive development of breast tissue and weight gain.

Obesity and Liver Congestion

Over 85% of the American population is overweight or obese. Men, women, and children in this condition suffer mainly from fluid retention (with relatively minor fat accumulation). The retained fluid helps trap and neutralize noxious substances that the liver can no longer effectively remove from the body.  This unsightly side effect, however, helps the overweight or obese person to prevent or even survive a major toxicity crisis that could otherwise lead to a heart attack, cancer, or massive infection.

The problem with prolonged fluid retention in the tissues, though, is that it causes these toxins and other harmful waste matter (metabolic waste and dead cell material) to accumulate in various parts of the body and further congest the pathways of circulation and elimination. Whenever in the body that storage capacity for toxins and waste is exceeded, symptoms of illness begin to show up. These symptoms merely indicate that the body is desperately trying to correct these imbalances and heal itself.

Stones inside the Liver: Intrahepatic gallstones

Gallstones in the liver, which John Hopkins University and some medical schools referred to as intrahepatic biliary gallstones or biliary stones, tend to cluster together and form large obstructions that can lead to dilation of bile ducts. Intrahepatic gallstones are composed of mostly cholesterol and other bile constituents.

What makes bile so important?

One of the liver’s most important functions is to produce bile, about 1 to 1.5 quarts (0.95 – 1.4 liters) per day. Liver bile is a viscous, yellow, brown, or green fluid that at a pH of 9.5 is highly alkaline and has a bitter taste. Without sufficient bile, hydrochloric acid entering the small intestine from the stomach can cause burns throughout the gastrointestinal tract. Also, ingested foods will remain undigested or only partially digested. For example, to enable the small intestine to digest and absorb fat and calcium from the food you eat, the food must first combine with bile.

Bile Needed for Calcium Absorption

When bile secretion is insufficient, fat is not absorbed properly. The undigested fat remains in the intestinal tract. When undigested fat reaches the colon along with other waste products, intestinal bacteria break down some of the fat into fatty acids or excrete it with the stool. Since fat is lighter than water, having fat in the stool may cause it to float. When fat is not absorbed, calcium is not absorbed either, leaving the blood in a deficit. The blood subsequently takes its extra calcium from the bones.

Most bone density problems (osteoporosis) actually arise from insufficient bile secretion and poor digestion of fats, rather than from not consuming enough calcium. Few medical practitioners are aware of this fact and, hence, merely prescribed calcium supplements to their patients without addressing the underlying reason for the calcium deficiency.

Bile Needed For Proper Digestion

Likewise, the body also requires fats to help digest and make use of proteins and carbohydrates. To digest these fats, the liver and gallbladder must release sufficient amounts of bile. Poor bile secretion leaves these foods largely undigested, which subjects them to decomposition by bacteria. Persistent abdominal gas, discomfort, and bloating are among the first indications to show that this important liver function has been seriously compromised.

Besides breaking down the fats in our food bile also removes toxins from the liver. The liver is the most important organ of detoxification, and the health of every cell depends on how efficiently it rid itself of these toxins.

The bile constituents, bilirubin and biliverdin, process significant antioxidant and anti-mutagenic properties. Higher concentrations of bile pigments in the body have been linked with reduced prevalence of cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Bile: Natural Laxative

One of the lesser-known but extremely important functions of bile is to deacidify and cleanse the intestines. Bile serves as the body’s natural laxative. Constipation and sluggish bowel movements are the commonest consequences of impeded bile secretion.

When gallstones in the liver or gallbladder have critically obstructed bile flow, the color of the stool will be tan, orange-yellow, or pale as in clay, instead of the normal brown.

Gallstones are a direct product of an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. Even if someone has successfully dealt with all other causes of chronic illness, if gallstones are still present in the liver or gallbladder, recovery may be short-lived or impossible.

Gallstone’s detrimental effects

Gallstones pose a considerable health risk and may lead to illness and premature aging. Over the next few weeks our newsletter will carry a description of some of the detrimental effects of gallstones on the different organs and systems in the body. When these stones are removed the body as a whole can resume its normal, healthy activities.

Biggest Family Day of the Year!

Thanksgiving Dinner at homeWe are a week away from the biggest family day of the year.  Life is messy; there is no escaping the joy, tears and drama ahead.  It’s the same every year, you know the routine.  You spend the first five minutes catching up and the next three days remembering why you only do this once a year.  Those of us blessed with family we actually enjoy spending time with can still appreciate the uninvited drama that manages to show up each year.

I’m all for cutting the drama and enjoying a peaceful uneventful holiday season.  So this year let’s see if we can manage both, Thanksgiving and Christmas, without a single trip to the emergency room.  It is possible with a little planning and forethought.

Try following a few common sense suggestions:

Do not overeat.  Enjoy the special holiday dishes. Take smaller portions.  Eat slowly and only until your stomach feels full.  Stuffing your stomach increases the pressure on an already over worked liver and gallbladder, not to mention your entire digestive system.  Over-stuffing the system with food will lead to irritated nerves and short tempers.  Drama, Drama, Drama!  Not to mention the physical complaints of vomiting and or diarrhea, acid reflux, gallbladder attacks, appendicitis, heart attack, gout, sciatica pain, and the list goes on.

img828Meet the Family: Decide this year to steer clear of the old emotional junk.  Every family has them.  The subjects better left alone.  So, leave them alone.  Allow each person to be new to you.  Someone you are just meeting and getting to know.  Try it; you will be amazed to discover how little you actually know about those who mean the most to you.  We are all constantly growing and changing yet we seldom take the time to get reacquainted.

Be Grateful.  For most of us the small group of friends and family who truly know, accept, and believe in us can be counted on one hand, the few truly blessed ones may need to take a shoe off.  You are who you are today because someone believed in you when you were clueless.  Someone lit your fire and kept it burning by little acts of love and caring.  In this life no one makes good alone.  Your gifts and talents are from the Father above, your ability to develop and grow you owe to the special group of family and friends making up the nucleus of your world.  Who you become is your grateful offering of love back to the Father.

Sciatica

sciaticSciatica is a painful condition where the Sciatic nerve becomes inflamed or damaged.  This long nerve runs from the top of the hip down the entire leg.  The condition can range from feeling a tight muscular tension type discomfort to fiery burning pain traveling the length of the leg.  Once the nerve has become inflamed there is no relief until the nerve is calmed.

Clearing Sciatica Pain

This past week I had the opportunity to assist a woman dealing with Sciatica in both legs.  She had only been experiencing the discomfort for about a week when she began doing the herbal supports.  To make a long story short she was able to clear the worst of the issue overnight.

Here is what we did.  Since the Sciatic nerve runs right behind the bowel an important part of clearing this issue is cleaning out the bowels. When the bowel becomes congested with putrefying waste the nerve can become irritated and inflamed.  Our member had been using the LBF #1’s on a regular basis but while doing an intense program had failed to increase the dose when her bowels had tightened up.  The result was she had become backed up with extremely toxic waste.

When dealing with a painful condition such as Sciatica you do not want to have to wait several days for the bowels to clear you want relief right now.  We cleared the bowel with a high enema with catnip herb.  If it is possible to have a colonic done this is also a great idea.

Thirty Minutes to Relief

Dr. Christopher recommends soaking the feet in hot apple cider vinegar.  He says for even faster action rest the right foot on top of chopped garlic while the left is soaking is hot apple cider vinegar.

We decided to do the apple cider vinegar soak.  Just setting in the chair was painful for her at the start of the foot soaking.  I added 3 cups apple cider vinegar to maybe a half gallon of hot water.

She soaked both feet for the first ten minutes while the chopped garlic was prepared.  Even before placing her foot on the garlic she said she was a bit more comfortable setting in the chair.

Hot water was added several times along with another cup of the vinegar.  By the end of the treatment she had drunk two tablespoons of the vinegar in a large glass of water and we had used the rest of the 32 ounce bottle in the foot soak.

Entire soaking time was about a half hour.  She had her foot resting on the garlic for about 15 minutes.

At the end of the treatment she said the pain and tightness was nearly gone.  The next morning she shared that she had slept through the night without pain.   She did do another soak the next day as some of the tightness tried to return.

Additional Herbal Used

NF Formula, ½ teaspoon every three hours for some pain relief.

Golden Thread of HOPE

Orange Easter Lilly with ButterflyToday I want to share a little hope.  This is the golden thread we all live on.  Without hope in something beyond ourselves and this life there is truly no purpose or reason to go on.  If our short span of years in this life is all there is, if this is as good as it gets, why take the ride at all.

No, I don’t believe for a minute that life is only about the short time we are drawing breath here and now.  This life is only the beginning.  Eternity with all the joy and peace of heaven is waiting for each one who truly chooses to be there.  Jesus, the Father, Heaven is not a myth.

This past week and for the next couple of weeks I will stand helplessly by as one of the best friends I’ve known in this life dies.  He has fought a good fight and will lose his battle with prostate cancer in the very near future.  Why is he dying?  Why not do all the great herbal therapies and live? There is life within reach of anyone who chooses to do the work.

He did do the work. Seven years ago we all rejoiced in his victory over cancer.  My friend moved in with us, my husband and myself, shortly after we purchased our current home.  He was a huge blessing, helping renovate and remodel this massive house.  I don’t think we could have done it without his help. Two years ago he received emotionally shattering news.  Unable to emotionally cope with his loss it was not long before his cancer returned.  He has chosen not to do a program this time.  God bless him, he has done all he can.  His heart is broken.

Our life and times are in the Father’s care. All His plans for us are perfect. This side of eternity our vision is imperfect.  We do not see the reality the Father knows so we must trust in His undying love and care for us.  He holds nothing back.  All heaven in vested in the salvation of man.  This knowledge, this reality is the golden thread binding our heart with the infinite heart of God.

Support for the College Bound

college boundMember Q&A: Maybe you have already covered this topic, but I was wondering what you might recommend for our youngsters who are just off to university.  Bearing in mind their diets normally deteriorate extremely (over here most tend to self-cater) and their alcohol consumption goes through the roof… maybe this might be a topic for a newsletter at some point.   Thinking it through I guess the Superfood should be a mainstay but I wonder if there is something else that isn’t too much trouble for them that would also support?

Answer: Yes, Superfood would be a staple for any child going away to college.  The Lower Bowel Formula #1 to keep the bowels open and moving well.   Digestive Tonic & LBF #2 on hand for; “the Morning after the night before”   (Vomiting & Diarrhea)

The hard living you have described as being part of the college life will present a bill down the road for those who partake largely during their college career.   There are formulas to support the different areas of the body but these will not be much benefit until the person has decided to support themselves with a better lifestyle.  This will come when the physical & emotional bills are presented.  This type of abuse of the human system will require rebuilding.  When we are young and our powers are strong it is hard to be convinced that this is not how it will always be.  We throw our limited physical resources away on such vain things.  Once depleted, damaged or gone they are never fully regained.  Our health is a gift lightly esteemed until it is broken.

As for Tonics that might prove helpful; The Brain Formula will assist by increasing blood flow to the brain.  Supporting the remaining brain cells not yet destroyed.  A good Kelp Blend to support the Thyroid gland which will provide a good usable source of energy without whipping up the adrenals with caffeine.

The NF Formula would be an excellent aid for the emotional pressure in those who tend to lose it when the heat is on.  This is a nerve food formula which supports the emotional health as well as the physical health of the nerve cells.  It is one I would use as needed not on a daily routine unless the person is suffering from an anxiety issue or depression.

Detoxing with Echinacea

Windblownsm

Member Question: I have the flu and cannot believe it.  I have not been sick for 10 years and now I am watching everything I eat and I get sick.  I am obviously doing something wrong.

Answer: This is what we call a healing crisis; it is very common when the body is being cleansed.  You are doing a deep work on your system, pulling toxins out from everywhere.  Just the change in your food program to a better way of eating can create a healing crisis.  You are not doing anything wrong.  It is going to be important for you to use enough Echinacea, to support your immune system to prevent feeling bad while the toxins are processing out.

Your immune system needs a boost.  The diseased condition in your body is not separate or isolated from the rest of your system.  To heal you must detox your entire body.  This condition in your body was created over many years and will take time and effort to clear.   When the process is complete you can be assured your entire body will be benefitted from the work you will have done. It is suggested at this time you will be best served by using an ounce of Echinacea for six days each week.

A good place to begin any detoxing program is to consume a full four ounce bottle of Echinacea each week.  An ounce a day for four days in a row each week you are working a program. As the toxic condition of the body is processed out the immune system must attach and neutralize each piece of toxic “die-off”.  What is not neutralized is reabsorbed causing a back-lash of detoxing symptoms.  Echinacea sends a chemical command to the immune system to produce more immune system. With more immune cells available to attach and neutralize the flood of “die-off” there is less to be reabsorbed back into the body.

While cleansing a major disease or condition it is common to need to increase ones intake of Echinacea several times. Pay attention to how you are feeling; when flu like symptoms appear the time has come to step up your use of Echinacea.

Here is a good plan for gradually stepping up the use of Echinacea.

  • Start: begin using one ounce each day for four days each week you are working a program.
  • Step one: begin using an ounce a day for six days each week you are working a program.
  • Step two: begin using 1.5 ounces each day for six days each week you are working a program.
  • Step three: begin using 1 oz. in the morning and 1 oz. at night for six days each week you are working a program.

It is unlikely to need more than two ounces each day but if the need arises feel free to increase another step. Only you can know exactly what your body needs to keep you comfortable while doing your detoxing program.  Be kind to yourself, do the work and feel good.  You do not have to feel bad while you work on yourself.

Understanding the Healing Crisis

If you find you are detoxing too rapidly and need to slow the process down a bit you can step down from juice fasting to a raw food program.  This will provide less alkalinity into the system thus slowing the body’s ability to detox.  If the need arises to further slowdown the detoxing process continue your raw food program with the exception of a baked potato or serving of brown rice.  Always use caution when applying the brakes to your detoxing program.  Often the body is in a detoxing mood and will not appreciate the interruption.

Q&A: Are Herbal Laxatives, like Senna, addictive?

Jug Plant 2Member Question: I recommended #1 formula to a friend and she is concerned about the Senna in the product.  Can you explain to me why the product is not addictive because I get that concern a lot and I have not found it to be addictive?  I can pass it on to her.

Answer:

The Senna herb is not addictive in the sense of taking over a function produced or done by the body.  This is where addiction happens. You will become dependent on a substance such as laxatives which grease up or bulk up the waste in the bowel allowing it to be eliminated without the muscular action of the bowel working.   Over time this will destroy the muscle tone of the bowel since the bowel is not doing the work it was created to do.

The herbal bowel supports we use in our LBF #1’s, support bowel function.  When the chemistry in these herbs comes in contact with the bowel they cause it to contract more effectively.  This formula does not work on the content of the bowel but on the bowel structure itself.  Over time the muscle tone of the bowel will regain strength and the formula will not be needed.

This may take years because the bowel is not a muscle you can exercise at will.  The peristaltic waving motion of the bowel is initiated when food is chewed and swallowed.  Moving the meal you are consuming from your stomach to your small intestine.  Your previous meal is now moved from your small intestine to the colon and the final waste from the meal before that one should be eliminated within an hour or so.  (This is in a perfectly functioning body, I’ve not seen too many of these)

The herbal supports the Father has provided for clearing the septic back up from our body and healing the bowel work perfectly.  There are no withdrawal issues when the herbs are discontinued or backlash of any kind when used wisely.

Q&A Herbs for Every Emergency

Member Question: I’d like to know what I need to have on hand for everyday emergencies. Can you provide a list of the herbal preparations I should have on hand?

Answer: This is a question I am often asked.  Normally it follows on the heels of some household emergency, which could have been handled with dispatch, except for a needed herbal preparation.   With this in mind we will discuss a few must-haves to keep on hand.

Arnica Oil: Prevents Bruising when applied shortly after a fall ect…  Gently apply over banged-up area being careful not to introduce directly into an open wound.

Cayenne Extract: Any time there is bleeding cayenne will arrest it by the time you can count to ten.

For serious cuts, puncture wounds, abrasions, apply directly over and in the wound to cleanse and stop the blood flow.  Cover with natural, breathable bandage only.  The Cayenne will not be hot on the outside of the body as long as it can breathe.  Do not use plastic bandage.

Nose Bleed, take 1 tsp. orally.  This will normally stop the bleeding very quickly.  It bad cases it may still be necessary to apply pressure by packing the nostril.  (This is an adult dose, when dealing with a child you will not need to use as much)

Chest pain, Heart Attack, Stroke, use 1 tsp. directly in the mouth.  The symptoms should clear very quickly.  If more is needed then use more.  Cayenne seldom tastes hot in the mouth when someone is on their way to the floor.  They are so numbed out that the heat of the cayenne is seldom even noticed.   For the tightness in the chest you can use 1 tablespoon of Hawthorne extract in a glass of water.  Hawthorne Extract normally works very quickly but cannot be used by anyone who is using a drug to slow or relax the heart.  If you are not taking medications for the heart you can use the Hawthorne Freely.

Stomach Ulcers pain, Cayenne will not only stop the pain but will heal the ulcer.  See our Information sheet on Ulcers for more healing tips.

Dizziness, Fainting, Vertigo:  When the room is spinning out of control, cayenne will stop the spin and put you back on your feet within moments.  See our info sheet on Dizziness.

Digestive Tonic, Acid Reflux, sour stomach, Gas, bloating, bad breath, vomiting, any upset in the upper digestion.  This formula can be used freely.  It actually tastes good too.  A good dose is 1 tsp. in a cup of hot water or glass of cold water.  For acid reflux or upset tummy, drink entire amount in cold water quickly, all at once. This will get the chemistry on the stomach in a strong dose to clear the issue.

LG/AP Formula: Use 1 tsp. with 1 tsp. Digestive Tonic for serious vomiting issues and to quickly quiet the symptoms of a gallbladder attack.

Infection Salve: Use topically over any infected area and to prevent infection.  This is also helpful for wasp stings, ant bites etc.. Goop generous amount over affected area, cover lightly with cloth bandage.

LBF #2: Vomiting & Diarrhea, see instruction at my blog

BF&C Tincture & Salve: Sprang’s, Strains, Back pain, Bone Spurs, this excellent aid for all things Bone, Flesh & Cartilage.  This is an amazing fix for soft tissue injuries.  Apply the salve to the affected area as soon as possible following the injury.  Often a soft tissue injury will clear overnight.  My husband has used this time and again for his back strains.   Between the Herbal Extract and Salve this formula is the best thing out there for knitting us back together.

Anti-Spasmodic Drops: Female period relief, Seizure, 10 to 15 drops directly into the mouth will quickly stop a Seizure.  This dose will also clear the menstrual cramps.  10 to 15 drops in swallow of water is helpful for a crampy bowel.  A Baby with Colic can be assisted with 1 or 2 drops directly in the mouth.  This is best given while actively feeding.  The drops will calm the spasm allowing the air to pass more easily.

Jewelweed Salve: Natures antidote for Poison Ivy, Poison oak ect… This is one of the best Anti-itch creams I’ve come across.  It has been used for very successfully for itchy hives when nothing else was helping.

M&L Salve: Tension Headaches, Locked or Frozen joints, Whiplash, Read more on this amazing combination at my blog.
