Dr. Christopher Dental Formula

Member Question:

I was wondering if you could tell me if you carry a Dr. Christopher type formula for helping with tooth enamel and tooth strength.

I was reading elsewhere about this combination…

Dental Formula

  • 1 cup – Black Walnut hull, dried and crushed
  • 2 tbl – White Oak Bark
  • 2 Tbl – Marshmallow Root
  • 2 Tbl- Peppermint leaf
  • 2 Tbl– Horsetail herb

Would you offer something like this in a combination formula or liquid or even bulk herb form?

HEAL Answer:

I’m not sure where you are getting your information from.  I have done a complete research in Dr. Christopher’s material and not found the formula you are referring to.  I would also have great reservations about putting black walnut directly onto the teeth.  Black walnut is an excellent dye and could likely dye the teeth black if used in direct contact with the teeth.  If it is found of value I would suggest it be taken as an extract in a cup of tea, not applied directly to the teeth.

I cannot even find a place where Dr. Christopher speaks of black walnut even being good for the teeth.  I did find someone on line who claims Dr. Christopher said something but I don’t know this person and since Christopher’s material does not back up what he has said I don’t think this is his formula.

Black walnut is the strongest herb in nature for clearing fungus issues.  As an Anti-fungal it is unsurpassed.  It does contain a high amount of calcium (89%) which would give credence to it being a support for the teeth.  It being such an excellent dye, again I would caution applying it directly over the teeth.  Follow the link for the complete Chemical Composition of Black Walnut.

Healthy Teeth & Gums

Herbal Tooth Powder:

Oak Bark, Comfrey Root, Horsetail Grass, Lobelia, Cloves, Peppermint. This tooth powder should be used to supplement the Calcium Formula.

This herbal food combination consists of oak bark, oat straw, comfrey root, horsetail grass, lobelia, cloves, peppermint.  This formula is used to help strengthen the gums (bleeding and pyorrhea-type infections of the gums), and assist in tightening loose teeth.  This type tooth powder will brighten the teeth’s luster and make for a healthier mouth.

For severe cases place this powder combination between the lips and gums (up and lower) around entire tooth area and leave on all night, six nights a week (as well as brushing regularly) until improvement is evident.  Then continue on with regular tooth brushing with this herbal food combination.

How to Overcome a Weight Loss Plateau

The weight loss plateau occurs because your body thinks there is a famine and has slowed down your metabolism in order to conserve calories.

This usually occurs within about a month of starting a weight loss diet, and may reoccur periodically thereafter.

What’s the solution to the weight loss plateau?

SPEED UP your metabolism.

How?

By increasing your activity level.

Boosting your activity level will boost your metabolism and re-start weight loss.

For example, if you exercise for 20 minutes each day, increase this to 25-30 minutes each day, and weight loss should return to normal.

Calorie Intake & Eating Habits

As well as increasing your activity, please check your calorie intake is adequate. Many dieters fail to eat enough. This alone can trigger the weight loss plateau effect. Also, do not go too long without eating. This is not good for your metabolism/metabolic rate. For a woman, 3 hours without food is a reasonable maximum. And always eat breakfast!

Avoid going too long without food. Going without food for long periods can also trigger a weight loss plateau. Ideally eat something (e.g. piece of fruit) every 3 hours (women) or about every 5 hours (men). This reassures your body that food is plentiful and facilitates calorie burning.

Try to be patient. Your weight loss plateau will disappear, I promise. But it typically takes anything between 1-4 weeks.

  1. Try again: Many people get trapped in cycles where, amidst their efforts to follow a healthy diet, they stray and can’t seem to get back to a healthy pattern of eating. This is often due to an ‘all or nothing’ way of thinking, whereby dieters feel guilty or angry with themselves for the lapse and then continue eating poorly because of these negative feelings. The first step is to forgive yourself. Look at past patterns and see how unhelpful these emotions are. What you’ve eaten isn’t the problem, but how you’ve reacted to it is. If you’ve fallen off the wagon, remind yourself that no one’s perfect and focus on getting back to your eating plan.

Weight Loss Testimony

Dara for NLSide note: I wrote this testimony in 2006 just before the death of my mother.  As I re-read it today I realized the truths I had learned and looking back nearly ten years,  how much I would still learn.  Growth must be continual and on-going.  –Be Blessed, Dara Dietz

In August 2005 I realized I had never acknowledged my weight as a gift from the Father.  I had never thanked Him for it, for whatever blessing it had been or would be in my life.  This was significant.  I realized I had never thanked him because I felt the responsibility for my weight was all mine.  I believed my uncontrolled emotional eating was hindering the Father’s plan for my life.  How could I thank him for something I had done to myself, something completely out of his will?

I decided to follow my own advice to thank the Lord for everything in my life.  To surrender my over weight to him in a prayer of thanksgiving and praise.  As I sat there with my head bowed the words pouring from my heart the Father pulled the curtain aside to show me the huge gift my weight had been.  It was so instant so linked to my moment of surrender; I knew this was a direct result of my prayer.  He showed me how the weight had been a layer of protection keeping me safe from myself and the men who had preyed on me during my years of confusion and pain.  In that brief moment I realized I no longer needed these layers of protection.  I am no longer that confused girl looking for love in all the wrong places.  I am a strong, confident, secure woman of forty “something”.

By the first week of September I had decided it was time to deal with what will hopefully be one of the last serious health issues in my life.  Since the late 1990’s the health related conditions I had successfully treated with the use of Herbal Remedies had been kidney disease, gallbladder attacks, and uterine fibroids, among numerous smaller discomforts.    Since beginning work on my book in 2001 I had struggled through many of the emotional issues that had contributed to my weight problem.  Now the time had come to face myself.  I was impressed to check out the Weight Watchers program.  I looked them up on the net and found they held meeting right up the road from my house.  To make a long story much shorter I joined and have been using their points program since September.  At the writing of this article I have lost 80 lbs.  The true blessing is not so much in the weight loss as it is in learning how my body needs to be fed.  For the first time in my life I am learning how to eat for me.  I have discovered that I do best with a large glass of Superfood & Flax oil early in the day, a large meal around noon and a small snack of fresh veggies or fruit around dinnertime.

I have also found three herbal aids that have greatly reduced my cravings and increased my weight loss.  The first is Alfalfa grass powder.  This is so high in nutrition that my body will not have cravings because it is nutritionally satisfied.  Super Kelp Powder has been an excellent source of energy for me.  My thyroid has always been low functioning.  Kelp is the master herb for the thyroid.  It feeds and heals this very important Gland.  #1 Bowel Cleansing Formula.  Keeping the waste moving out is what weight loss is all about.  I learned a few years ago that Artichoke Extract would increase bile flow, which of course, will increase weight loss.

I have noticed an increased need for calcium since beginning my weight loss program.  Right away my fingernails grew weak and began breaking easily.  I have increased my Calcium and BF&C Formulas to 1 teaspoon, three times a day.  This seems to be a step in the right direction.   On the positive side my blood pressure is down, my energy level is up and I feel very happy in my life, (something I am learning to accept as a good thing.)  I am learning to accept all the good things the Father has placed in my life, allowing him to move them around as he sees fit.  I have learned not to hold onto anything too tightly but to allow him access to all parts of my life.  This leaves me free to do the work he puts in my hands to do each day as I leave the worries and cares of tomorrow in his capable hands.

Fat Burning Foods

What is a Diuretic?

A diuretic is a medication or chemical that promotes the elimination of fluid in the body. This can lead to an accelerated metabolism that flushes out the fatty deposits that lodge themselves on cells. Diuretics break down fatty deposits into small chunks making it easier for your body to flush these nasty little things out of your system.

Asparagus

Asparagus contains the chemical asparagine. This is an alkaloid that stimulates the kidneys and improves the circulatory process. These alkaloids directly affect the cells and break down fat. It also contains a chemical that helps to remove waste from the body by breaking up the oxalic acid, this acid tends to glue fat to cells, so by breaking the acid up, it helps to reduce fat levels.

Beets

Beets are a strong diuretic that focuses on the liver and kidneys. Beets flush out floating body fats. They have a special iron that cleanses the corpuscles. (Corpuscles are blood cells that can contain fat deposits).  Beets also contain chlorine, which assist the lymphatic system in clearing fat deposits from the body.

Brussel Spouts

This vegetable stimulates the glands, the pancreas especially, which releases hormones that have a cleansing effect on the cells. They also contain minerals that stimulate the kidneys to more quickly release waste.  Which helps to clean out the cells.

 

Cabbage

This cleanses your body of waste matter because it contains Sulphur and iodine, which helps to cleanse the mucous membrane of the stomach and intestines. Cabbage is a great food if you should have a potbelly or a middle age spread. The diuretic cabbage will help to break up the fat in this area.

Carrots

Carrots contains carotene, a form of Vitamin A, this carotene will start a fat flushing reaction in your system. This reaction will literally wash out fat and waste quickly. The carotene will be transformed into vitamin A in the intestines and this process will create a speed up in your metabolism and cause a reaction in your cells to remove fat deposits.

Celery

Raw celery has a high concentration of Calcium in a ready to use form, so when you eat it, the calcium is sent directly to work. This pure form of calcium will ignite your endocrine system. The hormones in your body will break up the accumulated fat build up. Celery also has a high level of magnesium and iron, which will clean out your system.

Cucumber

Cucumber contains a high Sulphur and silicon content. These minerals work to stimulate the kidneys to wash out uric acid, which is a waste product. With this uric acid being washed out, it stimulates the removal of fat, and loosens the fat from the cells.

Garlic

Garlic has mustard oils and these oils create a cleansing action in the body. They promote a vigorous action of peristalsis, which is muscular contraction, and this will loosen fat and help wash out fats. They can also breakdown clumps of fat. So eat garlic and thin down.

Horseradish

We’ve all seen horseradish, few venture to use it, but it has an amazing effect of dissolving fat in cells (no side effects) and also as a cleansing effect on the body.

Lettuce

Lettuce contains iron and magnesium. These minerals will enter your spleen, your spleen helps your immunity and protects the body from illness. The spleen will use these minerals make them stronger, and send them to the cells and tissues.

It will also help the liver, increase your metabolism, and wash out fatty cells. The darker lettuces have more of the minerals. So add Lettuce to your diet.

Onions

Onions, similar to garlic, have minerals and oils that will help to breakdown fat deposits and speed up your metabolism. Have raw onions every day, it has more power than garlic and with the milder smell, it will make an excellent addition to your diet.

Radishes

Radishes scrub the mucous membrane of the body because it contains high levels of Iron and Magnesium. These minerals actually help to dissolve fat in the cells.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes have high Vitamin C and Citricmalic-oxalic acids. The acid will accelerate the metabolic process. It also helps the kidneys to release more water and helps to wash away fat.

The natural acids with the enzyme-activated minerals prompt the kidneys to filter out large quantities of fatty deposits and then you eliminate them from your system. So add tomatoes to your daily diet and your metabolism will thank you for it.

Supertonic

(Apple Cider Vinegar) Use this diuretic in small quantities.  You can mix a tablespoon full into a glass of water as a refreshing drink or add it with olive oil to your salad as a dressing. It is a powerful diuretic because It is made from apples and the malic acid in apples will create a fat burning process. Another factor with this vinegar is the fermentation process causes the vinegar to have constructive acids that join with alkaline elements and minerals in the body. This produces a cell scrubbing effect. It also contains high levels of potassium, which has an antiseptic quality to that helps to eliminate fat deposits.

Here is a list of foods that will wake up your metabolism and help you flush fat out of your system.

*Remember never mix Fruit and Veggies at the same meal.

Citrus Fruits

Citrus fruits like, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, lemons, and limes contain high concentrations of Vitamin C (this is also called ascorbic acid). This Vitamin C has a fat burning quality.

Vitamin C reduces the effectiveness of fat. It reduces its content and can liquefy or dilute fat. By diluting the fat, it makes it less effective, and easier to flush out of your system. Vitamin C also works on cholesterol deposits. Vitamin C can help burn out the cholesterol, hence, making it difficult for cholesterol deposits to form in blood vessels.

By adding Citrus Fruits to your daily diet, try every meal and also a snack, you will great increase your metabolism, increase your ability to get rid of fat, and also help you to control your cholesterol levels.

Apples, Berries, Fresh Fruit

Apples contain large amounts of a chemical call pectin. Pectin is found in smaller quantities in the cell walls of most fruits and berries.  Pectin limits the amount of fat your cells can absorb. Putting a natural limitation on the amount of fat your cells can absorb. Once in your system, Pectin has a water binding property. Which means it has the ability to absorb watery substances.  These watery substances in turn bombard the cells encouraging them to release fat deposits.

Add applesauce (it’s loaded with pectin), apples, fresh fruit and berries, to your diet and let the power of pectin pulverize the fat that accumulates on your cells. An apple a day can help keep the fat away.

Garlic Oil

Garlic oil or the juice of garlic has a significant protective quality to cells, which help to reduce fatty deposits. When taken, it brings down the levels of fat. Garlic, garlic oil, or anything with garlic, also has an antibiotic property to it and can be used to cure many ailments. It can be used as an antibiotic; it also destroys bacterial infections, and has the power to reduce fat in your cells dramatically.

At HEAL we are here to support our members in their healing journey’s.  That said over the years we have offered a special formula setting service to members who have asked.  We have never advertised or written about this service in the past because it was not asked for very often.  The details are offered below:

The Special Setting Service:

When a member finds a formula we do not currently produce of special interest we are happy to source the herbs and combine the formula for them.  The Fee for this combining service is $50 in addition to the cost of the dry kit or herbal extract.  Just let us know how much you would like and we will put it together for you.

Our Special Setting & Combining program works something like this:

Special mixing of herbs for the dry kits is as follows:

$50 Special combining Fee, and either:

  • $60 for an 8oz Dry kit or
  • $120 for a pound of the herb mix

Is There a Standard Dose for Herbs?

I don’t know about a standard dose across the board for all herbal extracts but let me try to put them into a couple of categories which might make it a bit easier to determine how to use the different extracts.

In my experience the herbal combinations that create a lot of “die-off” are the ones to be most careful with. “Die-off” explained in a nut shell, what the body must neutralize and dispose of as an infection or disease is being cleared. If the immune system is not able to neutralize (a simple way to put it would be “deal with”) the die-off as the detoxing herbs support the body to clear out an issue then the waste is reabsorbed and the body begins to feel toxic, sore, and sick. When the immune system is able to handle the exiting waste the body will usually feel no ill effects from cleansing.

Immune Boosting

Echinacea is the best immune stimulator available. No healing program should be attempted without regular dosing with Echinacea. There are many immune support herbs in nature but none as powerful as Echinacea.

Detoxing Herbs

Three Categories ought to give us a pretty good rule to go by. First are herbal mixes and herbs intended to detox the body. Never use these without preparing by boosting the immune system & clearing the bowels. When the bowels are open and working well and a good regiment of Echinacea has been established start with a low dose and work up.

A person of 150 pounds might begin with ¼ to ½ tsp every three hours. If this is handled well the dose can be increased if desired. The herbs in this category are powerful detoxing aids and will make the difference between getting well or not, but should always be used with respect.

Pay attention to how you are feeling, if and when you begin to feel toxic it may be necessary to back off for a while allowing the immune system time to catch up and clear out the current load of waste.

Nutritional Healing Combinations

Understanding Herbal Extracts and How To Dose them

The next set of herbs and herbal combination are the ones that target a sick system or injured area with specific nutrition needed to heal the affected area. An example of this would be our BF&C formula. This formula is packed full of herb that knit a body back together. There is a degree of die-off processing out from the injured or sick area but not like the detox formulas which are system wide in their detoxing effect.

When healing an old injury it may be necessary to “Do an Elf” once or twice a month. The liver is clearing waste and could use a bit of support from time to time.

The herbs in this category can be used to clear an issue and then discontinued or may be something used continually as a nutritional support supplement. Dosage of these herbs would again be based on need. When I fell and tore up my knee I took a dose of BF&C every hour that afternoon. The next day I dropped down the 1 tsp every three hours. My knee healed very well. I was walking without support in just a couple of days.

An example of herbal combinations in this second category would be: Pancreas Support, Prostate Formula, Heart Tonic, ect… as can be seen from the names these are specific formulas for supporting very specific areas. Normally they would be used as an addition to the foundational programs with added periodic detoxing programs for Liver and Kidney support.

Herbs for Life

The third set of herbs and herbal combinations are the ones you will use every day for the rest of your life. They are food for the body. Different people require different food because of lifestyle and or physical make-up. Cayenne is a highly used general herb for daily use. You can read more about Cayenne at our website. This is one of God’s most misunderstood but all the same special gifts to this world. Changease, our Hormonal Food combination would fit here. Single herbs such as Licorice Root, Hawthorne berries, milk thistle seeds, Dandelion root, Red Clover, to name a few are also gifts for life.

The herbs in this category are used once or twice a day, for many becoming a habit for life. I love to start my day with a glass of Apple Cider Vinegar, a little maple syrup and Cayenne. This is a tonic for my kidneys as well as the rest of me. A lot could be said for Apple Cider Vinegar but for starters it is an excellent digestive aid. Understanding Bowel Cleansing

So much can be said for the benefits of bowel cleansing.  One of the biggest reasons I hear for not doing a good cleanse is fear of losing control.  This has never been an issue when using the LBF #1 & the LBF #2.  With a good understanding of how these two formulas work you will be in complete control of your bowels.

The LBF #1 increases the output of waste by stimulating the peristaltic waves in the bowel.  This formula does not work on the content of the bowel but goes to the bowel structure supporting the function of waste removal.  When the chemistry in these herbs comes in contact with the bowel wall they cause the squeezing, kneading motion of the peristaltic waves to work more effectively.

There are those who say a body can become addicted to the herbal laxatives.  I have always understood an addiction to be a negative action causing a debilitation to the area affected.  In the case of these herbal supports they are actually strengthening the bowel over time.  As the herbs affect the muscles to contract with greater strength the muscular tone of the bowel become stronger. Over time the peristaltic action will work effectively without the use of the herbs.  Many who have used these herbal supports have, after several years, strengthened their bowels to the place where they no longer need to use the LBF#1.  Their bowels inability to properly remove waste has been cleared.  This is not the action of an addictive substance.  The need for the LBF #1 will go down over time, not increase.

The LBF #2 is a bowel vacuum.  This formula has the bentonite clay and charcoal, powerful drawing herbs.  It also is binding, which makes it an excellent herbal support for any issues that result in loose bowels.

A rounded teaspoon of the LBF #2 powder shaken in six ounces of water or juice will quickly clear an issue of loose stool.  It will also do wonders when the lower bowel is crampy and uncomfortable.

When the bowels have turned to water a good dose would be one tablespoonful of the powder shaken in twelve to sixteen ounces of water or juice.  This can be done for each watery movement.  Except for the worst cases of food poisoning it will normally solidified the bowel in only one or two doses.

Bowel Cleansing Program

The worst instance I ever cleared was a case of food poisoning where the woman passed water from her bowels every hour or so all night long.  We went through nearly a whole eight ounce jar of the LBF #2 that night.  At one point she took two heaping tablespoons of the stuff in twenty ounces of water.  Around five in the morning she finally passed solid waste.  The bowel was back to normal.   There was no after effect from using such large amounts of the LBF #2.  Her bowels just normalized, she did not even need an extra dose of the LBF #1.

Doing the Bowel Cleanse

When using these formulas in a bowel cleanse you are in complete control.  Take one of the LBF #1 capsules with your dinner the first night.  The next morning if you don’t have a, “WOW,” bowel movement, take two capsules with dinner that evening.  Continue to increase by one capsule each day until your bowels are open and working well.

That first evening you might want to do a castor oil pack over your bowel.  This will soften up harden waste clinging to the walls of your bowel, allowing the peristaltic waves to flush the bowels more effectively.

Once the bowels are moving well it is time to take an extra capsule or two of the LBF #1 with your regular dose.  It is time to begin using the LBF #2 or bowel vacuum.  This formula is binding to the bowels so it is necessary to increase the amount of LBF #1 capsules to compensate for this effect.

This is where understanding these two formulas are the control you need to do an effective cleansing without undue stress or discomfort.    Here it is:

The LBF #1 will make the bowels move.  This formula will cause the muscular movement of the bowel wall to work more effectively.

The LBF #2 binds up the bowels.  This formula will slow down the muscular movement and solidify the contents of the bowel.

There you have it.  If the bowels are backed up, not moving well, take an extra LBF #1 Capsules.  If your bowels are over active and crampy take a heaping teaspoon of the LBF #2 to bind up the problem.  The LBF #2 will work in minutes to clear an uncomfortable bowel.

At dinner time each day count out the number of LBF #1 you need to use.  If you bowel were too active that day drop a capsule, if they were a bit sluggish add one.  You are in control.

As humans most of us have little understanding beyond what we have experienced and feel is normal.   I believed it was normal and healthy to have only one bowel movement each morning.  This is how it had always been for me.  The healing journey I had begun that year was going to teach me many things I did not even know to question.  The Father and I were to take this journey together joined from time to time by other also on this path.  Looking back at the beginning of what is not yet finished, I have been privileged to know so many who have shared freely with me from their own experience.

My introduction to Bowel Cleansing and the LBF #1’s was pretty normal.  My bottle of Capsules arrived with detailed instructions from my friend who had introduced me to all things natural healing.  As I unloaded the box I put all the items away one at a time.  She had sent Superfood, the #2 formula, Echinacea extract and the LBF #1’s.  I quickly started the Superfood and Echinacea but never touched the Bowel Cleansing products.  Two weeks later when it was time to begin the liver cleanse I still had not taken my first #1 capsule.  Why?  I figured my bowels were doing just fine and the bowel cleanse was optional.  Wrong!

I’d been walking around for years with a roll of poop setting right under my bust line.  I looked five months pregnant.  Of course I didn’t know that roll around my middle was a stuffed bowel.

Two weeks after receiving my package I was scheduled to fly to my friend’s clinic for a month’s stay.  When I arrived she wisely started me on the bowel cleanse routine.   Fourteen days into the program and my bowels were still not working well.  The thirteen capsules I swallowed each night had started something moving but it was not enough to clear thirty eight years of constipation.  My friend arrived in my room that evening with a castor oil pack.  She placed it over my colon, covered it with a towel and said good night.

The next morning I could not believe how much poop was still in me after fourteen days of juice fasting and an enema in the morning and evening.   Under my breast I had been carrying a roll for years, now half the roll was gone.  That’s right; half my stomach was flat the other half looked five months pregnant.  Another castor oil pack was placed over my colon again that night with similar results the next morning.  My stomach was now flat.  The roll I had assumed was fat all those years was my colon filled with poop.

Staying open and willing to be taught can be the hardest part of healing.  All the answers do not lie within us, we must be willing to continue to learn and grow.  As long as there is life there is learning to be done.

Victory in Compromise

How do we stay faithful to our intentions?  Yesterday I nearly lost my will to juice fast.  I developed a case of hunger that nearly took me over.  Michael had gone to the post office leaving me alone with the smell of lunch still lingering in the air.  Kim, our cook, had out done herself at lunch serving up a delicious Tofu manicotti. When this tofu dish is made correctly you cannot tell if from the cheese dish.

When I’m juice fasting I seldom go into the kitchen or join the others at the lunch table.  It is much easier for me to just ignore anything to do with food.  Yesterday I went too long between drinks.  I broke the number one rule of juice fasting, I let myself become hungry.  Not only was I starved but I was alone in a house full of food.  I will admit I went into the kitchen with every intention of finding something to eat.  When I opened the fridge the fresh fruit juice was setting big as day on the shelf.  Ok, I’ll make a glass of Superfood first, I decided.  Then I’ll eat something.

The juice was very satisfying.  I drank it slowly setting in my favorite chair in the living room.  As I got up to put my glass away I realized my appetite was completely satisfied.  What saved me?  I wish I could say, will power, but I’d already decided to eat something.  In my heart I really did not want to break my fast.  The little decisions we can still make are the ones that will save us in a pinch.  I did not tell myself I could not eat; I made the decision to have a glass of Superfood in fresh fruit juice first.

Infection Q and A

1.) Is there a “preferred” way to alternate the Herbal Antibiotic and the Infection Formula tinctures, e.g., alternate every other day or one week with one then one week with the other?

A: When dong your infection work I have found it of great benefit to alternate between the two infection formulas.  When doing the moderate infection program you would take an infection formula every two hours.  Using the two formulas, the Herbal Antibiotic and Infection Formula it is great to switch between the two every other dose, it would look like this: 2 pm take Herbal Antibiotic; 4 pm Infection formula; 6 pm Herbal Antibiotic ect…

When you want to do an extended work with the Infections formulas (meaning both the Herbal Antibiotic & the Infection Formula) there is no problem in continuing to do the infection work for an indefinite period of time.  Continue with this until the system has been cleared of infection.  The Body will not be harmed by the extended use of these healing formulas.  :Infection Information Sheet

2.) In the infection program Echinacea is taken four days a week, but the time frame on the herbal antibiotic is specified only in doses per day but nothing stated about days per week. Is it the same four days as the Echinacea or daily for the entire regimen??

A: The infection formulas are used six days a week.  Remember to always take the Lord’s Day off from your healing programs.

3.) What suggestions do you have for amounts and frequency of taking fresh garlic in addition to the tinctures?  I have the page of your suggestions for how to take it (ways to eat a lot of garlic) but am unclear as to how to determine when and how much.

A: Depending on the degree of infection you are clearing from your system you can use an additional 5 to 10 cloves a day or for serious cases up to 50 or 60 cloves a day.  The extended use of garlic would depend entirely on the extent and severity of the infection being cleared.

4.) Since I also intend to work liver and kidney flushes, would it be best to do those before starting an infection project in case some of the issues are being caused by liver overload?

A: Doing a good ELF at the onset of the infection work is a good idea.  This will ensure the liver is open and able to clear the die-off from the system as it processes out.  Continuing on with a week of liver flushing followed by the Kidney flush will ensure the body is on top of the work you are doing.   Again the amount of extra programs you work will be determined by the extent of infection you are clearing from the body.

5.) I believe my bowel situation is where it needs to be for cleansing as I usually have 2 and sometimes three bowel movements a day as long as I maintain my regular probiotic regimen and normal diet.

A: I have learned from experience never to endorse a liver flush for anyone unless they will do at least one week of complete bowel cleansing with the LBF #1 & #2.  So often we believe our bowels are doing well but because we have never experienced good bowel function we have no idea how poorly they are actually moving the waste out.  Just one week to see how you are REALLY doing is not too much to ask, and will ensure a lot less drama during the liver flush.

It’s a real downer to get everything together, your mind and heart ready to do the hard work and then throw up your flush, or worse, because your bowels are not as open as you had believed.
